Published prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. This price list supersedes all price lists dated before January 1st, 2008. 

TERMS

Terms are 2% C.O.D. or net 30 days from date of invoice (on approved credit). A late payment finance charge of 1 1/2% per month (annual percentage rate of 18%) will be assessed on all open invoices not paid with terms. We ask you to please pay within terms to preserve your competitive pricing schedule.

Please specify all required options when ordering chairs. This will help to reduce any misunderstanding and assure your order is entered in a timely manner. 

SHIPPING

In the absence of specific shipping instructions, Ergocraft will choose the carrier and mode of shipment. All freight costs incurred by Ergocraft will be charged to the customer. Prepaid shipment available. Orders of less than 750 lbs. (Zone 1) or 3000 lbs. (Zone 2) will be assessed a minimum freight charge of $75.00 net, $150 net per order respectively.     
All Contract seating chairs are shipped ready to assemble in a carton. All Prestige Seating chairs come knocked down in a carton. There is an assembling charge of $5.00 per chair to setup. Montague Casegoods are shipped assembled. Altura and Laguna bookcases are shipped ready to assemble.
There is an assembling change of $8.50 per bookcase (Laguna) to setup.

RETURNS

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Ergocraft. Please contact customer service. Authorized goods will be returned on a prepaid basis to Ergocraft. Ergocraft reserves the right to inspect all returned goods before issuing any appropriate credit. A 25% restocking fee applies to returned goods in good condition. 

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

All changes and cancellations will be subject to approval prior to the time work has begun. Ergocraft will not cancel orders thereafter and a 25% restocking fee will apply. Cancellations will not be accepted on Express Quick Ship programs. 

STORAGE

All merchandise will ship upon completion of production. If customer is unable to accept shipment, Ergocraft may transfer the merchandise to storage. All cost for storage and additional freight incurred will be the responsibility of the customer as well as the risk of loss or damage during storage. All will call shipment must be picked up within 2 business days after completion of production. Late pickups will be subject to storage charges.
